For those seeking a more personalised dining experience, the à la carte menu will also be available throughout the night.

Throughout the month, Gerbou’s Iftar set menu showcases the finest Emirati-inspired cuisine, beautifully infused with global flavours, each dish meticulously curated by the exceptionally talented culinary team.

As the sun sets, diners are invited to break their fast with Date Bites and a comforting bowl of Arabic Lentil Soup, Harira Soup or Chicken Harees Soup, followed by a choice of refreshing salads. For starters, diners can choose between Bahrani Kebab, Potato Samosa, Batata Harra or Fried Kebbeh, amongst other options.

Moving on to the mains, the menu features an array of delightful vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with highlights including Mix Grill, Vegetable Salona with Rice, Lamb Mtabban, Chicken Kabsa and more. For a sweet finish to the celebratory meal, guests can indulge in one of the delicious desserts, such as Um Ali, Cheese Samosa with Honey, Charcoal Saffron Kunafa, all tastefully complemented by a choice of hot or cold beverages, which includes freshly brewed Karak Tea, an aromatic cup of premium Arabic Coffee, refreshing Date Mocktail, Laban or Homemade Vimto for a nostalgic touch.

For appetisers, guests can pick their favourite from Kofta with Labneh, Fish Saffron Kebbeh, or Charred Cabbage.

For the main course, options include Chicken or Vegetable Macarona, Chicken Muskhan Khubz, Chicken Arsiya, or a hearty Dahl Stew with Arabic Bread. To conclude on a sweet note, the dessert selection features Date Cake, Sago, Charcoal Grilled Saffron Cheese Kunafa or the ever-popular Logaimat, accompanied by freshly prepared coffees, teas or mocktails – promising an unforgettable dining experience this Ramadan.

Thoughtfully crafted to ensure a seamless and indulgent at-home experience, the Suhoor Box priced at AED 230 features a selection of starters such as Date Burrata; Vine Leaves; Beef Kofta with Labneh and Potato Samosa. Main course offerings include Chicken Macarona and Chicken Arsiya, followed by Cheese & Honey Samosa for dessert, complemented by a refreshing glass of Hibiscus Iced Tea.

Priced at AED 240 per person, the Iftar Box includes an array of delightful starters such as Date Bites with Tahina; Date Salad; Potato Samosa and Bharaini and Tikka Kebab. The main course includes Lamb Harees and Chicken Kabsa, ending with Honey Cake for dessert.
