During the holy month of Ramadan, Lady Nara will be offering two evening dining experiences on the water, allowing guests to gather for Iftar and late dinner in a setting shaped by reflection, shared meals and time spent together. Both experiences take place aboard Lady Nara’s luxury dining dhow, departing from Festival City and travelling along the Ras Al Khor route.
Set against the quiet movement of the water, the dhow provides distance from the city and a calm environment suited to the pace of Ramadan evenings.
Ramadan Iftar Voyage
The Ramadan Iftar Voyage takes place earlier in the evening, offering guests a serene setting to break fast on the water. As the dhow moves gently along the creek, the experience unfolds at a relaxed pace with soft lighting and a focus on shared dining.
Priced at AED 390 per adult, the Iftar menu centres on familiar regional dishes served for the table. Starters include Levantine salads such as green lentil and celery salad with pomegranate dressing and Levantine tabbouleh. Main dishes include kofta and tomato tajine, artichoke and seasonal vegetable tajine and lamb madfoon. The meal concludes with traditional Ramadan sweets like mohalabiah pudding, artisanal Moroccan patisserie and premium dates.
