Available exclusively on 14 February, Mamabella will offer a 5-course set menu only, thoughtfully curated to reflect classic Italian cuisine with refined, celebratory touches. Guests can choose between two menu options, priced at AED 495 and AED 595 per person.

The evening begins with welcome bubbles and oysters, followed by delicate starters such as Ricotta with rose petals and a crudo platter featuring red Sicilian prawns, scampo, salmon, and hamachi. Handmade pasta takes centre stage with Bottoni d’Aragosta, lobster-filled ravioli paired with passion fruit.

For the main course, guests may enjoy dishes such as veal scallopine with champagne and caviar, grilled king prawns with asparagus, or premium selections including grilled Wagyu beef and carabineros, depending on the chosen menu. The experience concludes on a sweet note with Torta delle Rose served with zabaglione, a dessert inspired by Italian romance.
