This Ramadan, Mamabella presents a comforting Iftar experience inspired by the warmth of Italian home cooking and the spirit of togetherness that defines the Holy Month. Rooted in generosity and simple, high-quality ingredients, the menu is designed to be shared slowly, around the table. Priced at AED 250 per person, with à la carte options also available during Iftar and Suhoor.
Available daily throughout Ramadan from sunset until 9:00 PM, the Iftar journey begins with freshly baked sourdough, dates, dried fruits, nuts, and whipped ricotta, followed by a slow-cooked borlotti bean soup finished with lemon gremolata. A selection of antipasti includes rice croquettes with dates and aged balsamic, warm kale salad with smoked almonds and figs, and lightly fried ricotta.
At the heart of the menu is a creamy Parmigiano risotto delicately infused with gentle spices, followed by a choice of slow-braised lamb with potatoes and datterini tomatoes, or black cod paired with beluga lentils and citrus. Dessert brings a nostalgic finish with milk and camel milk ice cream, cherries, and a Grana Padano crumble.
Set within Mamabella’s warm interiors, the Ramadan Iftar is designed for families and friends seeking a meal that feels personal and unpretentious.
