Located on the third floor of Yas Marina’s Building 1, the Nobu pop-up will run from December 1 to 7, 2025, bringing its signature dishes and refined dining experience to the heart of Race Weekend. This limited-time appearance further cements Yas Island’s growing reputation as a global fine dining destination and adds an even more sophisticated edge to the electric Race Weekend atmosphere at Yas Marina. “As a fan of motorsport, it feels very special to bring Nobu to Yas Marina for Race Weekend,” said Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. “Our signature dishes and classic flavours will be served to fans from all over the world who have come to enjoy one of the biggest sporting moments of the year. We’re looking forward to a week full of flavour, fun and excitement in the kitchen and on the racetrack.” Blending its world-famous cuisine with the adrenaline-fuelled thrill of Race Weekend, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Yas Marina, the Nobu pop-up can accommodate up to 220 diners, offering indoor, outdoor, and private dining options. Guests will enjoy a menu curated exclusively for the pop-up, including Nobu’s most celebrated dishes, such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy, and a selection of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Sushi Maki. Also on the menu are the beloved Nobu Wagyu Sliders, Wagyu A9 Truffle Amazu and Crispy Onion, which is celebrated for its unrivalled juiciness and mellow flavours, as well as the sophisticated yet comforting Lobster Tempura with Tamari Honey Sauce. Dessert highlights include the rich and balanced Miso Cappuccino, a Chef’s Selection of Mochi Ice Cream, and the classic Nobu Cheesecake, among many more. Meanwhile, guests can also choose from three free-flowing beverage packages available from 12 PM to 4 PM, Thursday through Sunday. These include a soft beverage package (AED 300), a premium house beverage (AED 850), and a premium bubbly (AED 1,150). Elevating the experience, a live DJ will perform daily, creating a high-energy atmosphere that matches the excitement of Race Weekend.
