Through this acquisition, Evok Collection will preserve the spirit and heritage of the property while reimagining it under the Nolinski brand, introducing a new vision of contemporary alpine luxury to one of France’s most renowned mountain destinations.

Set across six floors, Nolinski Val d’Isère will feature 45 rooms and suites, many with private balconies overlooking the resort and surrounding alpine landscape. Designed with families in mind, the hotel will offer several interconnecting rooms, alongside a restaurant and bar, a spa with an indoor swimming pool, and a dedicated kids’ club, creating a refined mountain retreat where comfort, wellness and conviviality come together.

The architectural project has been entrusted to Le Coadic & Scotto, who have already delivered several landmark projects for Evok Collection, including Cour des Vosges and Nolinski Venezia. Their approach combines contemporary design with a deep respect for a building’s history, preserving its character while infusing it with a renewed sense of elegance. The project is being led by Zaka Investments on behalf of Evok Collection.
