Designed for communal dining, the menu is priced at AED 490 for two people and brings together comforting Middle Eastern flavours with Novikov Café’s refined culinary touch.
Guests begin with a selection of traditional starters including samosa, lentil soup, hummus, tabbouleh and baba ghanoush, followed by a choice of main course. Options include butterfly sea bream with pilaf rice, beef stew with chickpeas, lamb shank with couscous.
Dessert features indulgent Ramadan-inspired creations such as Date XL with pistachio and kunafa, alongside a Ramadan chocolate collection, complemented by classic Ramadan beverages including laban smoothie and jallab.
