In Celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, SHI, the elegant fine dining destination located on Bluewaters Island, is delighted to unveil a specially curated festival menu that pays tribute to the cherished traditions in East Asian culture.
Available from October 5th to October 11th, the Mid-Autumn Festival menu highlights the best of Asian-inspired culinary artistry with a focus on luxurious crab dishes, perfect for gathering with loved ones under the full moon.
Guests are invited to start their journey with refined starters such as the Black truffle King Crab Soup, Snow Crab Dumplings or the refreshing Crab Salad.
The main course offerings include decadent dishes such as Singapore Style Chili Crab, the comforting Braised Pumpkin Crab and the exquisite Alaskan King Crab.
To conclude the meal on a traditional note, diners are treated to a traditional Moon Cake, a symbolic delicacy representing reunion, harmony and prosperity, the core values of the Mid-Autumn festival.
