This January, Cucina, the Italian trattoria at Palm West Beach, invites guests to reset the year the Italian way with a limited-time Vegetarian Sharing Menu, crafted for mindful, flavour-forward and great-value dining. The January-only experience brings together seasonal produce, classic Italian comfort and fresh herbs harvested from Cucina’s own in-house Green Room, offering a wholesome take on the month’s ‘new beginnings’ spirit.
Priced at AED 180 per person, the menu features Italian vegetarian favorites enriched with
fresh herbs grown and picked daily by the culinary team, reinforcing Cucina’s commitment to freshness and authenticity. Highlights from the antipasti include Burrata di Andria, served with heirloom tomatoes and fresh oregano, Zucca e Caprino, a roasted pumpkin carpaccio with goat cheese and balsamic and the classic Pizza Bufalina with buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil.
Heartier plates follow with Risotto Funghi Porcini, made with San Massimo risotto rice, porcini mushrooms and truffle oil, alongside Spaghetti ai 3 Pomodori, combining yellow and red datterino tomatoes with basil. The experience concludes with a Gelato Special, a trio of gelatos served with crushed nuts, cookies, chocolate syrup and a playful finish of candy floss.
Designed with January dining in mind, the sharing format encourages connection and community, while offering an accessible, great-value option for guests seeking lighter, nourishing dishes after the festive season.
The limited-time Vegetarian Sharing Menu also sits alongside Cucina’s recently launched new food and drinks offering, led by Italian duo Chef Marco Deriu and General Manager Emanuele Rizzo, marking an exciting evolution of the trattoria’s culinary direction.
