The new menu takes inspiration from the warmth and familiarity of Mediterranean dining, with a particular focus on Italian flavours, while staying true to Third Avenue’s contemporary approach to food. Launching from 1 October 2026, the update introduces 17 new propositions alongside 6 refreshed dishes, spanning appetisers, salads, pizzas, pastas, mains and desserts.

Rather than reinventing the Third Avenue experience, the new menu builds on it. Familiar favourites remain, while new dishes bring greater variety to the table and refreshed recipes and presentations give existing signatures a renewed identity.

Among the additions is the new Short Rib Flatbread, while the pizza menu expands with Lemon Chicken Pizza and Seafood Pizza, bringing new flavours and combinations to Third Avenue’s selection.

The Italian influence becomes particularly prominent across the pasta and main-course sections. New dishes include Lemon Chicken Pasta, Frutti di Mare and Rigatoni Burrata, joining established favourites such as Mushroom Risotto and Arrabbiata Pasta. The main-course selection also welcomes Sea Bass Fillet, Milanese, available with chicken or veal, and Pepper Steak, bringing greater variety to the heart of the menu.

There is also a more playful side to the new menu. Chilli Smash Burger and Crispy Chicken Burger join Third Avenue’s casual favourites, while the dessert selection introduces Tiramisu, Brownie, Pistachio Ice Cream and Cookies with Karak Ice Cream — balancing Mediterranean classics with flavours closer to home.

The launch also sees six existing dishes revisited, including Truffle Fries, Focaccia Garlic Bread, Corn Salad, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Truffle Mascarpone Pizza and Lasagna, each refreshed through updated recipes, presentation or both.

Designed to capture the generosity and ease of Mediterranean dining, the refreshed menu brings together dishes made for sharing, lingering and returning to. From vibrant starters and pizzas for the table to comforting pastas, generous mains and desserts designed to round off the experience, each section has been considered to flow naturally from one course to the next.

Whether stopping by for a relaxed afternoon overlooking the Dubai Fountain & Burj Khalifa or settling in for a longer dinner with family and friends, the new menu is built around the kind of dining Third Avenue is known for: social, expressive and made to be enjoyed together.

Selected dishes from the new menu will also be introduced at Third Avenue Sharjah, extending elements of the new culinary direction beyond the Dubai Mall flagship.
