What: At TEZUKURI, Dubai’s newest temaki dining destination, guests can expect hand rolls, each crafted to perfection and served directly from the chef’s hands. Showcasing premium seafood delicacies, the menu features an impressive selection of Temaki including Akaebi with Argentine red prawn and lime zest; Unakyu served with grilled eel and cucumber; Takana Mentai with spicy cod roe and spicy Japanese mustard; and many more, along with Nigiri and Sashimi.
For mains, guests can indulge in mouthwatering dishes such as Avocado Tempura, Tebasaki Karaage, Ebi Garlic Butter, A5 Japanese Wagyu Tenderloin amongst others, complemented with refreshing Japanese inspired cocktails, mocktails, sake, fine grapes and zero proof sparkling.
Located in Downtown Dubai, the venue is minimalist yet warm, with natural wood accents, soft lighting and an intimate counter setup that offers guests a front row view of the chefs as they craft each culinary masterpiece.
