Bringing Broadway energy to the heart of Dubai, Chicago The Musical will stage eight performances across five days from December 16 to 20, 2026. Marking a milestone for the venue, the production will become the first Broadway theatrical show presented at Coca-Cola Arena.

Set against the seductive backdrop of the Jazz Age, the story follows aspiring performer Roxie Hart and vaudeville star Velma Kelly. Meeting while awaiting trial for murder, the two women quickly become rivals as they compete for media attention and public fascination.

Turning scandal into spectacle, the storyline explores ambition, celebrity and the power of publicity through fast-paced storytelling, theatrical humour and plenty of attitude.

Combining a distinctive visual style with memorable music has helped Chicago remain a major name in musical theatre for decades. Bringing together drama and dark comedy, the production keeps the story moving through bold choreography and a soundtrack packed with recognisable numbers.

Running from Wednesday, December 16 through Sunday, December 20, 2026, Chicago The Musical offers several afternoon and evening options. Starting at 3pm, performances will take place on December 16 and 17, while December 18, 19 and 20 will each feature shows at 3pm and 8pm.

Starting from AED 49 and reaching AED 699 depending on the selected category, ticket prices offer several options for different budgets.

Welcoming guests aged 12 and above, the event requires visitors aged 12 to under 16 to attend with an adult aged 18 or older.
