Now sold in more than 180 global markets, the Ranger undergoes relentless durability testing long before reaching customer hands. Ranger is tested in temperatures ranging from -40°C to well over 50°C, ensuring cooling systems, drivetrain components, and interior electronics perform reliably under intense Gulf heat, sandstorms, and heavy rain.

Robotic Precision and Structural Integrity

Manufactured at specialized global hubs, the Ranger's muscular exterior sits on a high-strength frame built to handle heavy payloads and tough off-road trails. The chassis alone takes approximately three hours to assemble, using nearly 600 automated robots executing between 3,000 and 4,000 high-precision spot welds for structural integrity.

To combat coastal humidity and harsh environmental exposure across the MENA region, every Ranger body passes through 12 anti-corrosion chemical baths before receiving an eco-friendly "3-Wet" paint application. A high-tech optical scan then checks the paint finish for imperfections, down to 0.2 mm², for a finish designed to help withstand sand, water, sun, and weather-related wear.

Relentless Checks for Total Confidence

Comprising over 2,700 individual components, each Ranger undergoes nearly 1,000 quality checks during assembly, along with 300 electronic diagnostic evaluations and 35 electrical tests.

Before leaving the plant, trucks complete a 20-minute high-pressure water torrent test to check cabin sealing, followed by track testing that evaluates high-speed stability, squeak-and-rattle suppression, and rough-road suspension performance.
