Ford and Carhartt feel like a natural match. One brand builds serious work trucks, while the other has dressed generations of workers with tough, practical gear. Now, the 2027 Ford Super Duty Carhartt brings both worlds together in a special package made for drivers who want strength, function, and subtle style in one truck.
Ford offers the Carhartt package on XLT Crew Cab single rear wheel 4x4 Super Duty pickups, with gas and diesel engine choices plus different bed lengths. The package starts at 4,195 dollars and can be paired with the Premium and FX4 Off Road packages.
The truck adds a spray in bedliner with the Carhartt logo, rugged running boards from the Tremor trim, protective body side details, LED lighting, fog lamps, roof marker lights, and a unique grille. These upgrades are not just visual touches. They support daily work use and give the truck a tougher personality without feeling overdone.
Carhartt’s influence appears through smart, understated details. The 20 inch machined aluminum wheels take inspiration from Detroit manhole covers, including one near the Carhartt flagship store on Cass Avenue. Ford finishes them in satin gray and wraps them in all terrain tires.
Inside, the cloth seats use triple stitching inspired by Carhartt Duck Canvas workwear. Ford also adds soil repellent and spill resistant materials, plus all weather rubber floor mats with a pattern inspired by Carhartt’s newest tool bag. The result feels more like durable work gear than a flashy trim package.
Ford and Carhartt wanted the truck to feel tough, functional, and honest. That is why an early chrome heavy design was rejected for being too flashy. Instead, the final truck uses a darker color palette, a dark painted grille, painted bumpers, and six exterior color choices including black, gray, silver, blue, and white.
This approach matches Carhartt’s quiet confidence. The truck does not need loud styling to prove its purpose. It carries the strength of the Super Duty name with the practical spirit of Carhartt, making it a fitting choice for drivers who want a work truck that looks ready before the job even begins.
