Ferrari Luce EV Revealed With 1050 Horsepower

  • What makes the Ferrari Luce design so different?
  • How does the Ferrari Luce cabin raise the luxury level?
  • How powerful is the Ferrari Luce EV?

Ferrari has finally stepped into the electric era with the Luce, its first fully electric production car and one of the most daring models ever created in Maranello. Designed to sit beside the rest of the Ferrari lineup rather than appear as a limited concept, the Luce brings a bold new personality to the brand with four electric motors, up to 1,050 horsepower, five usable seats, and a starting price of 550,000 euros. For luxury car fans in Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf, this is not just another electric vehicle. It is Ferrari trying to redefine what an electric grand tourer can feel like when design, performance, and exclusivity all meet in one dramatic package.

Brings the Ferrari Luce a design language that instantly separates it from every traditional Ferrari shape. Instead of following the usual long hood supercar formula, Ferrari used the freedom of an electric platform to create a cleaner, more aerodynamic body. The car measures about 5 meters long, which places it close to the size of a Tesla Model S, while its width and low stance give it a powerful road presence.

Focuses the design heavily on airflow. Ferrari achieved a drag coefficient of 0.254 without active aerodynamic parts, keeping the car visually clean while improving efficiency. Uses the black passenger cell a dramatic teardrop inspired look, while the aluminum body wraps around it like a sculpted shell. Adds Ferrari huge wheels as well, with 23 inch wheels at the front and 24 inch

Turns the cabin of the Luce into one of the biggest highlights of the car. Ferrari worked with LoveFrom, the design firm founded by Jony Ive, and the result appears in the clean surfaces, aluminum details, glass touches, and refined display graphics. Instead of covering the cabin with screens, Ferrari kept the layout focused and premium.

Offers the Luce five proper seats, which is a major shift for a modern Ferrari. Because there is no transmission tunnel, the rear middle seat becomes genuinely usable. Adds the car a luggage capacity of 21.1 cubic feet, giving it the largest trunk space ever offered by Ferrari. For owners who want daily comfort without losing the emotional appeal of the brand, this cabin makes the Luce feel more usable than many expect from a Ferrari.

Electric Performance

Electric Performance

Delivers the Ferrari Luce serious performance through four electric motors, with one motor powering each wheel. These motors are developed and built by Ferrari in Maranello, using knowledge from Formula 1 and endurance racing. In its strongest setup, the Luce produces 1,050 horsepower and launches from 0 to 100 kmh in 2.5 seconds, while 0 to 200 kmh takes just 6.8 seconds.

Gives the driver several performance modes through the E Manettino system. Range Mode focuses on efficiency with rear wheel drive and 430 horsepower. Tour Mode raises output to 617 horsepower with all wheel drive. Performance Mode unlocks 986 horsepower, while Launch Control gives the full 1,050 horsepower.

Adds Ferrari another clever touch through the steering wheel paddles. Since there are no gears, the paddles control torque delivery and regenerative braking instead. This lets the driver adjust how the car responds before and after corners, creating a more connected electric driving experience. With an 800 volt structural battery, 350 kW fast charging, rear wheel steering, and an eight year unlimited mileage powertrain warranty, the Luce arrives as a bold electric Ferrari built for speed, comfort, and future relevance.
