BRABUS has taken the legendary Mercedes AMG G 63 to an entirely new level with the introduction of the P 900 Rocket Edition, an extraordinary luxury pickup that combines supercar performance with the unmistakable presence of the G Class. Limited to just 10 examples worldwide, this exclusive creation features a heavily modified V8 engine producing 900 horsepower, an aggressive carbon fiber widebody design, and a handcrafted luxury interior. With breathtaking acceleration and a starting price exceeding 700,000 euros, the latest masterpiece from the German tuning specialist is designed for enthusiasts who demand exceptional performance, exclusivity, and unmistakable road presence.
At the heart of the BRABUS P 900 Rocket Edition sits a heavily modified 4.5 liter twin turbo V8 engine, developed from the original 4.0 liter powerplant found in the Mercedes AMG G 63. Through extensive engineering modifications, including enlarged displacement, upgraded turbochargers, forged internal components, and optimized engine management, BRABUS has increased output to an incredible 900 horsepower and 1,250 Nm of torque.
To protect the drivetrain, torque is electronically limited to 1,050 Nm when delivered through the transmission. Combined with a nine speed automatic gearbox and permanent all wheel drive, this powerful pickup accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, reaching an electronically limited top speed of 280 km/h.
BRABUS also equips the vehicle with a high performance stainless steel exhaust system featuring electronically controlled valves, allowing drivers to switch between an aggressive V8 soundtrack and a quieter driving experience.
The most dramatic transformation comes from the distinctive pickup body, created through extensive modifications to the Mercedes G Class platform. BRABUS extends the wheelbase by 50 centimeters and introduces a specially engineered rear cargo bed, increasing the overall vehicle length to 5.38 meters.
The exterior features the exclusive ROCKET EDITION WIDESTAR widebody package, with exposed carbon fiber wheel arches, an aggressive front bumper, illuminated BRABUS branding, and a muscular rear design. Massive 24 inch BRABUS Monoblock II EVO wheels with carbon fiber aeroblades complete its commanding appearance.
Beyond the visual upgrades, the cargo bed features teak inspired decking, a side opening tailgate, and two lockable waterproof storage compartments. The specially calibrated BRABUS Ride Control suspension also lowers the vehicle by approximately 45 millimeters, emphasizing its road focused performance character.
Inside, the P 900 Rocket Edition showcases the craftsmanship of the BRABUS Masterpiece interior, combining premium black leather, Alcantara, exposed carbon fiber, and striking Rocket Red accents throughout the cabin.
The seats feature intricate Shell quilting with ventilation, while illuminated entry panels, carbon fiber paddle shifters, and exclusive red interior details create an unmistakably sporty atmosphere. Rear passengers also benefit from doors that open to 90 degrees and a dedicated information display integrated into the headliner.
Each vehicle is individually manufactured according to its buyer's preferences, with production strictly limited to 10 examples worldwide. The showcased model carries an export price of 711,718 euros before German VAT, positioning it among the most exclusive luxury pickups available.
With its extraordinary combination of handcrafted luxury, muscular design, and supercar performance, the BRABUS P 900 Rocket Edition transforms the iconic G Class into a remarkable collector vehicle that is anything but ordinary.
